Learn how to easily replace the hose & swivel on your Evolution pressure washer with this step-by-step guide. All you need are Torx 25 and one flathead screwdriver, or similar tools.
Remember! New swivel kits are complete with swivel, square head quick connector and C-clip
Swivel: 902-101-01. Hose: 11-120-405
1. Disconnect /replace hose
a) Pull the hose completely until all the hose is out of the reel, allowing you to see the swivel.
b) Use a flathead screwdriver or similar to remove the U-pin.
c) Pull out the hose.
d) If you want to replace a new hose: Put the new hose into the quick connector and reinstall the u-pin: Insert the u-pin into the slot and push it all the way into the quick connector. If the U-pin is difficult to insert, gently tap it with a small hammer or a similar tool.

2. Disconnect the internal hose
a) Use a flathead screwdriver or similar, to tilt out the U-pin.
b) Pull the internal house out of the reel.
3. Disassembly swivel
a) Use a flathead screwdriver or similar uninstall the e-clip.
b) Dismount the swivel.
4. Install new swivel
a) Assemble swivel.
b) Secure swivel with e-clip.
c) Install internal hose and secure it with u-pin.
d) Install hose into swivel and secure it with u-pin.
