At AVA, we aim to deliver your orders with speed and care. Please see our shipping policy below:

What are your shipping prices?

We offer shipping from NOK 149 to NOK 399 based on the order amount. If the order amount is NOK 400 or more, shipping is free.

Where is my package?

You will receive a link with package tracking when your order has been shipped.

Package damaged during transport. What should I do?

Make a note of the damage on the driver's handheld terminal/shipping document. Immediately contact our customer service via the support form. Until the case is resolved, please keep the product and packaging.

Can I cancel my purchase?

You can cancel your purchase of products from avaofnorway.com within 14 days. Fill out the cancellation form you received in the email. Please remember that the item must also be sent back to us within 14 days from the day you notified us of your intention to cancel. Use the return form you received in the email.

Where do we ship to?

We only accept and ship orders within the borders of Norway. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you within Norway's borders. If you are located outside Norway, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept orders from that area at this time. We appreciate your interest and look forward to being able to serve you in other regions where we operate. If you choose to place an order nonetheless, it will be canceled and refunded.

If you place an order with a shipping address outside of Norway, it will be canceled and refunded.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

It can take between 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to deliver orders. We strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help.
