- Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses are not stored, but visit patterns are stored so we can see which parts of the website receive traffic.
- Trustpilot is used to send, receive, and process invitations for service and product reviews on behalf of AVA of Norway. Trustpilot acts as a data processor for these purposes. AVA of Norway is the data controller for these purposes.
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for specified purposes.
To ensure the successful delivery of your purchases, we share necessary personal information with our trusted shipping partners. This includes your name, delivery address, and contact details, which are only shared for the purpose of completing your order and ensuring safe and timely delivery. Deletion of Personal Data
When you shop at AVA of Norway, we need the product, name, address, and email. This is necessary to send your order to the correct delivery address and to contact you if needed. We are obligated to retain the information for accounting, tax management, and any warranty/return processing. This history is not deleted. We also retain the IP address used to register the order for security purposes.
If you register a warranty on your product or contact customer service, the conversation and provided information will be stored in our CRM systems so that we can assist you more easily if needed at a later time.
