There are many opinions about car washing, and we do not say that one method is necessarily more correct than others. Nevertheless, we will try to convey two simple paths to the goal of a clean car in a safe manner.

Efficient Wash for a Dirty Car

1. Spray AVA Prewash using a foam cannon.
   Cover the car with a thick layer of foam, then gently rinse with a wide nozzle from bottom to top.
   For the perfect balance of speed and care, we recommend our AVA 40° nozzle. Want it done even faster? Try the 60° nozzle for an ultra-quick clean.

2. Apply a second foam layer and let it sit for a few minutes.
   Then wash over with a sponge or microfiber cloth.
   Want to save time and protect your paintwork even better? Use the AVA Microfiber Mop – it’s gentle on the surface and keeps your hands cleaner.

3. Rinse off all the soap, bottom to top.
   Finish with a final rinse from the roof down to ensure all soap is removed.
   That’s it – you’re done!

Thorough Yet Easy Car Wash

   Rinse with a pressure washer and a wide spray nozzle, again from bottom to top.

Before you begin washing, spray AVA Wheel Cleaner on the rims. It works while you foam the car – and gets rinsed off when you rinse the shampoo. Easy!

• Avoid washing hot paint! Don’t wash right after driving or under a blazing sun – the soap can dry too fast and cause streaks.

• Wash from bottom to top – this gives you better control and prevents streaking.

• Warm water boosts cleaning power! Most pressure washers support up to 40°C – perfect for breaking down grime faster. A warm bucket with a splash of car shampoo also works wonders.
